A small marina on the Great South Bay side of Fire Island, NY. Fire Island is a barrier island protecting the south shore of Long Island from the Atlantic Ocean. Sailor’s Haven is a quaint but popular marina frequented by locals and travelers alike. This is one of the few images in our collection that was originally captured as a transparency and scanned for digital printing. c.1986
